Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
InvoiceX360 provides tools to generate, deliver, track and retain invoices. Companies remain responsible for verifying pricing, taxes, due dates and business terms before issuing invoices.
When payment processing is enabled, third-party processors may apply additional terms. InvoiceX360 does not require storage of full payment card numbers or CVV data.
Users may not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.
The platform, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer content remains subject to the customer's rights and responsibilities.
External services such as payment processors, email providers and self-service applications may have separate terms and availability.
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Users and organizations agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful use, submitted content, or violation of these Terms.
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, nonpayment, legal requirements, abuse or material violations.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
